Miramar 602-Help (954-602-4357)

The Miramar Helpline allows citizens to report concerns and issues that are of broad based interest to the City of Miramar, and have those concerns and issues resolved to the citizen's satisfaction. The Miramar Helpline and 602-HELP has the following benefits. It uses a single customer service line (954-602-HELP) that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It allows customer service representatives in every department to create action requests, answer questions, and respond directly to citizen inquiries. It allows the City to track citizens' requests to ensure customer satisfaction, and enables the City to identify and track trends in citizen inquiries. The Helpline significantly enhances the City’s ability to provide excellent service to our residents.

If you wish to remain anonymous, you may login in that way from the main Login screen. However, if you do so, you will be unable to track the progress of your request, or to receive automatic updates from the system. If you do chose to enter information anonymously, please make a note of the Ticket Number assigned, as you may be able to call in and receive updates by phone.
